Michael is a senior vice president with Antares Capital. He is responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting and managing private equity sponsored transactions.

Michael has served in various credit functions at Antares including underwriting and restructuring. He initially joined GE Capital in 2012 as part of the Telecom, Media & Technology industry lending group. Michael began his career in public accounting in the audit practice of Ernst & Young.

Michael graduated summa cum laude from the College of Charleston and earned his master’s in accounting, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame.

Richard Aldrich

Managing Director

New York

Richard is a managing director of market strategy and research. He focuses on thought leadership, market/competitor intel, business analytics and strategy.

Prior to Antares, Richard was Director of Industry Research at GE Capital where he managed a team of senior research analysts. Previously, Richard worked in Corporate Development at Alcoa, and was an award-winning equity research analyst and later an investment banker at Lehman Brothers.

Richard is a CFA charter holder and holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Michigan.

Emily Anderson

Managing Director

Emily is a managing director of portfolio originations at Antares Capital. She is responsible for developing private equity client relationships and generating volume from the existing portfolio.

Emily joined GE Antares in 2006 and focused on structuring, underwriting, and documenting new transactions and managing a portfolio of existing borrowers. She started her career in the GE Capital Financial Management Program.

Emily graduated magna cum laude from Marquette University with a bachelor’s degree in finance.

Thomas Archer

Tom is a vice president with Antares Capital. He is responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting, and managing transactions.

Tom joined Antares in 2014. Prior to joining Antares, Tom spent 2 years with GE’s Corporate Audit Staff following his graduation from GE Capital’s Financial Management Program.

Amit Bafna

Amit is a managing director in the Asset Management Group at Antares Capital. He is responsible for developing relationships and implementing programs with institutional investors.

As part of GE and Antares, Amit served over 20 years in a wide range of positions including finance, underwriting of commercial loans, managing a diverse portfolio of commercial loans, and most recently, asset management.

Amit earned his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University and has an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Rishi Bahl

Rishi Bahl is a vice president with Antares Capital. He is responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting, and managing private equity sponsored transactions.

Prior to joining Antares Capital in 2018, Rishi spent 2 years with GE’s Energy Financial Services business after completing GE Capital’s Financial Management Program.

Doug Cannaliato

Co-Head of Originations

Doug is co-head of Originations for Antares Capital. He leads the company's East Coast sponsor coverage activities and is responsible for Capital Markets and Portfolio Originations. He is also a member of the Antares Executive Committee.

Prior to Antares, Doug was a managing director at GE Capital, specializing in the origination, structuring, execution, and oversight of leveraged finance investments for sponsor-backed middle market companies.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Franklin & Marshall College.

Alexander Chan

Managing Director

New York

Alex is a managing director and global head of Product Strategy and Development Specialist, leading the Product Specialist Team. Alex is responsible for engaging and developing prospect and client relationships, product development, and thought leadership for the firm.

Alex joined Antares in 2023. Prior to Antares, Alex was global head of Client Portfolio Management for the Credit Investments Group at Credit Suisse Asset Management. He also held a similar role at Shenkman Capital. Alex started his career in leveraged finance strategy and research at several investment banks including Credit Suisse, Barclays, and Nomura.

Alex graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University.

Lynsey Connell

Lynsey is a senior vice president on the Responsible Investment team with Antares Capital.

She is responsible for advancing Antares’ Responsible Investment approach with a focus on regulatory and investor needs. Lynsey brings more than 15 years’ experience across finance, law, and responsible investment, joining Antares from BlackRock's Sustainable Investing team in New York. Prior to that, she worked at Fidelity International and Russell Investments in London.

Lynsey holds a law degree from the University of Leeds and is a qualified lawyer in England and Wales (non-practicing).

Brian Daley

Brian is a senior vice president and advisor consultant of U.S. Wealth Solutions. Brian joined Antares in 2024.

Previously Brian was a senior vice president at CAIS, where he led coverage and supported alternative investment allocations for registered investment advisors, family offices and trust companies. Prior to CAIS, Brian also held investor coverage roles at BlackRock, BNY Mellon, and Lord Abbett.

Brian earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from the University of Delaware. He is a chartered alternative investment analyst and certified investment management analyst.

Rob Davis

Managing Director

Rob is a managing director in Antares’ Liquid Credit Group, where he is responsible for the research and analysis of investments in senior secured loans and high yield bonds across the technology, aerospace & defense and chemical sectors.

He joined Antares in 2023 after eleven years with Alcentra, where he was a managing director responsible for investments in the loans and bonds of corporate borrowers across several sectors. Prior to Alcentra, Rob held senior investment roles at Nomura Corporate Research and Asset Management, Avenue Capital Group, and Citigroup Asset Management, and previously worked with Bankers Trust in its high-yield finance department.

Rob graduated with honors from the University of California, Irvine where he studied computer science, and received an MBA with distinction from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Rob has over 23 years of investing experience.

Harry Dittrich

Harry is a vice president with Antares Capital.

He is responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting and managing private-equity sponsored transactions.

Harry graduated summa cum laude from Syracuse University and with a degree in finance and accounting.

Anthony Díaz

Anthony is a managing director at Antares Capital, focused on leveraged loan sales and trading for syndicated transactions. Anthony joined Antares as part of the purchase in 2015 of the sponsor finance business of GE Capital.

Prior to joining GE Capital in 2003, Anthony held several controllership positions at Cantor Fitzgerald, Nikko Securities and UBS.

Anthony earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. John’s University and an MBA in finance from The Lubin School of Business at Pace University.

Amy joined Antares in 2023 after twelve years with HPS Partners, where she was a managing director responsible for investments in the loans and bonds of corporate borrowers across several sectors. Before her tenure at HPS, Amy held a similar role at Stanfield Capital Partners focusing on investments in various sectors. Prior to Stanfield, Amy was in the High Yield department at JP Morgan.

Amy graduated from Hofstra University with a BBA in Finance and is a CFA Charterholder.

James Esposito

James is a senior vice president on the Structured Products team at Antares Capital.

Prior to joining Antares in 2023, James was a director at Credit Suisse in the Global Credit Products division, holding positions on the Corporate Asset Finance and Credit Strategy teams.

Joe Ghergurovich

Joe is a vice president with Antares’ Liquid Credit Group. He is responsible for the research and analysis of investments in senior secured loans and high yield bonds across the consumer, retail, packaging and energy sectors.

Joe joined Antares in 2024. Prior to Antares, Joe was a credit research analyst at Sixth Street Partners on the performing credit team. He also held similar roles at Assured Investment Management, Pretium Partners and Prudential Global Investment Management. Joe started his career as a sales & trading analyst at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group.

Joe graduated from Columbia University with a BA in Biochemistry and is a CFA Charterholder.

Helen Guo

Helen is a senior vice president in the Asset Management Group at Antares Capital.

Before joining Antares, she managed all facets of the CLO equity investment process at Eagle Point Credit Management LLC. Helen has experience in investing and navigating CLOs, complex structured finance transactions, and credit derivatives. She also served as a junior deal captain with the U.S. CLO structuring team at BNP Paribas CIB.

Helen earned a bachelor’s degree in science and a master’s degree in financial engineering from Columbia University.

John Hak

Prior to joining Antares in 2021, John was a vice president in Investment Strategy at AIG where he was responsible for managing asset allocations for the investment portfolios of AIG’s insurance companies.

Prior to joining GE Antares, Justin held portfolio management and risk roles in GE Capital’s Bank Loan Group.  Justin joined GE Capital in a finance role in 2003 after holding previous roles in that capacity.

William is a senior vice president and advisor consultant of U.S. Wealth Solutions. William joined Antares in 2024.

William most recently worked as a vice president at CAIS, where he consulted with RIAs, Family Offices and Independent Broker-Dealers on alternative investments. Prior to CAIS, William worked as a Global Wealth Management and Portfolio Analytics Group specialist at PIMCO.

William earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from The Pennsylvania State University.

Jonathan is a senior vice president, Structuring with Antares Capital’s Asset Management team.

Prior to joining Antares, Jonathan was an executive director at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, and responsible for the development, structuring and implementation of alternative investment products and portfolio investment structuring for JPMAM’s global client base.

Jonathan received a bachelor’s degree from The University of Michigan and a JD degree from Fordham University School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

Laura Johnson

Laura is a vice president of Strategy & Corporate Development with Antares Capital and a member of the Antares Operating Committee.

She is responsible for driving the firm’s growth and transformational efforts. Prior to joining Antares, Laura spent four years at McKinsey & Company where she focused on the strategic growth of asset managers, banks, and insurers. Prior to McKinsey, Laura was a vice president on Deutsche Bank’s structured products sales team.

Laura holds a master of business administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor of arts from Princeton University.

Andrew Jones

Andrew is a managing director at Antares Capital. He is responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting, and managing private equity sponsored transactions.

Prior to joining Antares Capital in 2013, Andrew completed GE’s Financial Management Program and held underwriting roles in the Bank Loan Group of GE Capital.

Seth Katzenstein

Seth is a managing director and head of Liquid Credit at Antares Capital, where he is responsible for managing Antares' liquid credit effort and is a member of Antares' Liquid Credit Investment Committee. Seth has more than 25 years of experience managing senior secured loan and high yield bond strategies across multiple market cycles.

Seth joined Antares in 2023 after nine years at Intermediate Capital Group, where he was a managing director and head of US Loans & High Yield. Previously, Seth held various portfolio management and credit trading roles at Black Diamond Capital Management and GSC Group. Seth started his career in investment banking at Salomon Smith Barney.

Seth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he graduated with high distinction.

Alina Kontisheva

Alina is a senior vice president, corporate development, and strategic partnerships at Antares Capital responsible for helping lead the firm’s strategy, inorganic growth and partnership efforts.

Alina joined Antares in January of 2023, previously she was a junior partner at McKinsey & Company serving institutional investors globally on topics of strategy, corporate development and transformational change. She has also worked in the Office of the President of Kenya, helping to stand-up an agricultural transformation.

Alina has a Masters of Public Policy with a focus in Economic Development from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Canada.

Olga Kosters

Olga is a managing director of Liquidity Solutions with Antares Capital.

She is responsible for leading the credit secondaries investment strategy. Prior to joining Antares, Olga served as managing director, co-managing credit secondaries at Apollo Global Management, and previously established the Private Debt Secondaries strategy at Tikehau Capital. Earlier in her career, Olga held various investment and advisory positions at StepStone, Zurich Insurance Group, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Olga is a CFA charterholder and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Khabarovsk State University of Economics and Law in Russia and an MBA from Hofstra University.

Andrew Lai

Andrew is a managing director and head of consultant relations in the Asset Management Group at Antares Capital. He is responsible for managing and developing relationships with the investment consultants for institutional investors.

Prior to Antares, Andrew was head of consultant relations at Marathon Asset Management and MacKay Shields. He has also held roles at Mezzacappa Management, Ivy Asset Management and The Segal Company.

Mak is a managing director in Structured Products at Antares Capital. Prior to joining Antares Capital in 2022, he was a Director and Head of US CLO Structuring at Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC.

Prior to Antares, Marc served as the Chief Executive Officer of DCM Advisors, where he scaled the business and its services to institutions, RIAs, Family Offices and High-Net-Worth Individuals. Prior to DCM Advisors, Marc led the retail business development effort at Alpine Funds, in addition to holding roles at Pioneer Investments and Prudential Investments.

John (“J.T.”) is a senior vice president with Antares Capital.  He is responsible for sourcing, structuring, documenting and managing investment opportunities with private equity firms throughout the U.S.

John joined GE Antares as a credit analyst in 2014 after completing GE Capital’s Risk Management program.

Josh Rockwell

Jonathan joined Antares in 2023 from LoansIntel. Previously, Jonathan held various investing and restructuring roles at Investcorp, Apex Credit Partners, and CIT. Jonathan began his career in investment banking at UBS in 2007.

James Simms

James is a senior vice president of Antares Capital. He is responsible for portfolio monitoring, portfolio analytics, reporting related activities, and management and monitoring of Antares Capital credit facilities.

James joined GE Antares in 2013. Prior to GE Antares, James was with GE Capital where he was responsible for asset management, financial planning and analysis, reporting and analytics.

James received his MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business with a concentration in finance.

Jack Snyder

Jack is managing director and head of U.S. Wealth Solutions.

Jack joined Antares Capital in 2024. Previously he served as managing director, national sales manager for Wirehouse and RIA channels and head of Retail Alternatives Sales for First Eagle Investments. Prior to this role, he worked as managing director, east regional manager, Global Private Client Group for Nuveen Investments.

Jack graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University, Purdue School of Business with a specialization in finance.

Jeff is a managing director and global head of Investor Coverage in the Asset Management Group at Antares Capital.

Jeff joined Antares in 2021. Prior to Antares, Jeff was Head of North American Institutional Distribution at Barings. He also held previous roles at Babson Capital, Wells Fargo and Citi.

Jeff graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Miami University, received his MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and is a CFA® charterholder.

Andrew is a managing director in the Antares Liquid Credit Group, where he is a portfolio manager and oversees trading for the strategy. He serves as a member of the Liquid Credit Investment Committee.

Andrew joined Antares in 2023 after ten years at Apex Credit Partners, part of the asset management platform of Jefferies Finance LLC, where he was a managing director responsible for portfolio management and trading. Previously, Andrew held various portfolio management and credit trading roles at Rocwood Capital Management, Kingsland Capital Management, and Katonah Capital. Andrew began his career in investment banking at JPMorgan.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University's Goizueta Business School with a concentration in Finance.

Colin Torrance

Colin is a managing director with Antares Capital. He is responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting and managing transactions. Colin joined GE Antares in 2006.

Prior to GE Antares, Colin began his career at GE Capital and is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program.

Paul Vannelli

Paul is a managing director with Antares Capital. He is responsible for New York and Canada sponsor and pension plan coverage activities. Paul also is responsible for all facets of the deal process including originations, structuring, executing and managing investment opportunities.

Paul joined GE Antares in 2014 serving as vice president within the originations function. Earlier in his career, Paul worked at HSBC Bank in the financial sponsor coverage group.

Patrick Wallace

Patrick is a managing director at Antares Capital, focused on secondary loan trading. Patrick joined Antares as part of the purchase in 2015 of the sponsor finance business of GE Capital.

Prior to joining GE Capital in August 2007, Patrick was the head loan trader at Societe General. Prior to that, Patrick worked at BNP Paribas and began his career at Bankers Trust in the High Yield Capital Markets group.

Rui is a Senior Vice President and Insurance Product Specialist in the Asset Management Group. Rui is responsible for helping to develop partnerships with insurance companies globally.

Rui brings more than a decade of insurance asset management experience to the role, having previously served as a vice president within the insurance strategy team at Goldman Sachs Asset Management where he advised insurers on strategic asset allocation and capital efficient investments.

Rui holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematical and computational sciences and a master’s degree in financial mathematics, both from Stanford University.

Prior to joining Antares, Ms. Yip was a managing director at PineBridge Investments LLC, where she worked in Global Fixed Income and Structured Products. Previously, Donna was a vice president at Oak Hill Advisors. Earlier in her career, Donna also spent time at Proskauer, Paul Hastings and PwC.

Donna received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond and a JD degree from Emory University School of Law.

Menglin is a vice president with the Asset Management team at Antares Capital. She is responsible for working with asset management clients and managing their funds and programs.

Prior to joining Antares in 2018, Menglin began her career at J.P. Morgan where she held roles in the Private Bank and Investment Bank.

Brian Ziemer

He joined the firm in 2013 and is responsible for structuring, documenting, and syndicating transactions. Prior to Antares, Brian was a credit analyst at CIBC covering leveraged issuers across a diverse set of industries. He began his career at Union Capital Associates in 2007.

John is a managing director and Head of Americas Investor Coverage in the Asset Management Group at Antares Capital. John is responsible for developing and managing relationships with institutional investors, including public and private pensions, insurance companies, non-profits, and family offices.

Prior to joining Antares, John was the Head of US Institutional Sales at PineBridge Investments. He has also held investor coverage roles at PIMCO and Lord Abbett.

John earned his bachelor’s degree from University of South Florida. He is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the CFA Society of New York.
