Bruce joined Antares Capital in 2016 and serves as Chief Legal Officer. In this role, he oversees Antares’ legal, regulatory, and governance matters and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Prior to Antares, Bruce served as Managing Director, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of NXT Capital, a position he held from the firm’s inception in 2010. Earlier in his career, he held roles at GE Capital, Merrill Lynch Capital, and Heller Financial. He began his legal career at the law firm of Goldberg, Kohn, Bell, Black, Rosenbloom and Moritz Ltd.
Bruce serves on the board of the Anti‑Defamation League (Midwest Region).
He holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and a J.D. from the University of Michigan.
