Tom joined Antares Capital in 2014 and is a Senior Vice President responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting, and managing transactions with a focus in software.
Prior to Antares, Tom served as an Associate with GE Corporate Audit Staff, where he performed consulting engagements as well as financial process and control audits covering five GE sub-businesses in the U.S., UK, Europe, and South America. Prior to GE Corporate Audit Staff, he held a role in the GE Capital Financial Management Program.
Tom holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Vermont.
