Lynsey joined Antares Capital in 2025 and is a Senior Vice President on the Responsible Investment team. Her work covers the responsible investment spectrum—developing investment frameworks, conducting due diligence, engaging with stakeholders, and creating investor-focused solutions—in line with evolving regulatory requirements.
Prior to Antares, Lynsey was a Director at BlackRock, where she held roles on BlackRock’s Sustainable Investing team and within BlackRock Investment Institute’s Sustainable Investment Research and Analytics team in New York. Earlier in her career, she held positions across finance, law, and sustainable investment, including at Fidelity International, Russell Investments, and AXA Investment Managers in London.
Lynsey holds a law degree from the University of Leeds and is a qualified lawyer in England and Wales (non-practicing).
