Mike joined Antares Capital in 2002 and serves as Co‑Head of Originations. In this role, he leads the firm’s Midwest and West Coast sponsor coverage activities. He also serves on the Antares Capital Advisers Investment Committee and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Prior to Antares, Mike worked in the leveraged finance group at LaSalle Bank. He joined the original Antares business in an underwriting and portfolio management role.
Mike is actively involved with the Chicago Advocacy Center and the Chicago Jesuit Academy.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D./M.B.A. from Loyola University Chicago.
