Michele joined the firm in 1989 through a predecessor organization and is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Credit Advisory. She leads the firm’s workout, restructuring, and value creation team, overseeing the management of stressed investments and driving recovery outcomes. Michele is also a member of the Antares Capital Advisers Investment Committee and Valuation Committee.
Previously, Michele was a Managing Director at GE Capital, where she was responsible for the workout and restructuring function for all of GE Capital’s North American lending platforms. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at both Heller Financial and Merrill Lynch Capital.
Michele holds a B.S. in Finance from Northern Illinois University and an M.M. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
