Eric Goldstein

Chief Risk Officer

Eric joined Antares Capital in 2017 and serves as Chief Risk Officer. He is responsible for overseeing Antares’ Enterprise Risk Management function and is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He previously served as Chief Administrative Officer.

Prior to Antares, Eric spent 18 years at Goldman Sachs, where he was a Managing Director in the Merchant Banking Division and responsible for the finance and administration functions of the division’s private investment funds. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, working in both the Transaction Advisory Services and Assurance Services divisions.

Eric serves on the Board of Directors of the Spondylitis Association of America, where he is Treasurer and a member of the Executive Committee. He is also an Advisory Board member of Greenhouse Scholars, The Artemis Fund, and the Center for Business Ethics and Social Responsibility at Penn State University’s Smeal College of Business.

Eric holds a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University and an M.B.A. from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
