Shannon joined Antares Capital in 2004 and serves as Deputy Chief Investment Officer. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the firm’s private credit investment strategy and portfolio management activities. She oversees the private credit team which is responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting, and managing transactions across the portfolio. She also serves on the Antares Capital Advisers Investment Committee and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Prior to Antares, Shannon was a member of the Asset Based Lending Group at Transamerica, where she held roles in audit, portfolio management, and underwriting.
Shannon holds a B.A. in International Business from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
