Helen joined Antares Capital in 2024 and is a Senior Vice President. She focuses on the design, structuring and execution of investment solutions for Antares’ Asset Management platform across institutional, wealth and insurance channels. Her work spans commingled funds, separately managed accounts, rated vehicles, and strategic capital solutions, drawing on structured credit and fund structuring experience across CLOs, private credit and structured finance.
Prior to Antares, Helen was a member of the investment team at Eagle Point Credit Management, where she managed all facets of the CLO equity investment process. Earlier in her career, she was an Associate in Global Markets Credit Structuring at BNP Paribas CIB, focused on U.S. CLO transactions.
Helen holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Financial Engineering from Columbia University.
