Justin joined Antares Capital in 2026 and is a Senior Vice President on the Capital Solutions team. He focuses on structuring and executing financing transactions for Antares managed funds.
Prior to joining Antares, Justin was an Executive Director in the Debt Capital Markets group at SMBC Nikko, where he executed and advised on multi-currency debt financing, liability management, and M&A related financings for Financial Institutions and Emerging Markets borrowers.
Justin holds a B.A. from Bowdoin College.
