Tracy joined Antares Capital in 2019 and serves as Chief Human Resources Officer. She is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and is responsible for the global human resources function, as well as workplace services, real estate, and facilities.
Prior to Antares, Tracy served as Chief Human Resources Officer at The Options Clearing Corporation, where she held the role for five years. Earlier in her career, she held senior human resources leadership roles at Prospira PainCare, Inc., RehabCare (a division of Kindred Healthcare), and Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics (a division of Siemens AG).
Tracy serves on the board of the Anti‑Defamation League (Midwest Region).
She holds a B.A. in Labor and Employment Relations from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from Keller Graduate School of Management.
