Ben joined Antares Capital in 2022 and serves as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s global finance function and is a member of the Executive Committee.
Prior to Antares, Ben was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led the North American Strategy and Corporate Finance practice within the Financial Institutions group. Earlier in his career, he worked at Deloitte, advising clients on a range of public accounting matters.
Ben holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD.
