Laura joined Antares Capital in 2024 and is a Vice President responsible for strategy and transformation. She collaborates with Antares leadership to execute strategic priorities across the firm, from launching new lines of business to transforming existing Antares teams and processes to drive efficiency.
Prior to Antares, Laura worked at McKinsey & Company where she served global asset managers and banks on setting and executing strategic growth priorities. Laura began her career at Deutsche Bank, where she was a Vice President of Structured Products.
Laura holds a B.A. in Political Economy from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
