Warren is a vice president of Capital Markets at Antares Capital. He is responsible for structuring and syndicating debt financings for private equity backed companies across all industry verticals.

Warren joined Antares in 2018. Prior to joining Antares, he spent four years at Credit Suisse in the Investment Banking Division where he worked on structuring large corporate and sponsor transactions. Prior to that, Warren spent two years at Bank of America as a credit underwriter.

Warren received a B.A. in Economics from Emory University.
