Lauren is a vice president on the Responsible Investment team with Antares Capital.
She is responsible for advancing Antares’ responsible investment approach. Prior to joining the Responsible Investment team in 2023, Lauren was part of Antares’ Portfolio and Analytics team, where she was responsible for underwriting new opportunities for existing borrowers and overseeing portfolio management activities. Prior to joining Antares in 2017, Lauren held various roles at CNA Insurance and MB Financial Bank.
Lauren earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Old Dominion University, and she has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry.
