Virginie joined Antares Capital in 2013 and is a Senior Vice President and founding member of the Portfolio & Analytics team. In this role, she plays a key part in building, scaling and overseeing the platform. Previously, she was responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting, and managing private credit transactions.
Prior to Antares, Virginie was a Vice President in Nomura’s European fixed income division in London, where she traded leveraged loans and high yield bonds. Earlier in her career, she spent over ten years at BNP Paribas in a variety of markets and roles across London, Paris, and New York, developing a strong foundation in structuring U.S. middle market LBO loans.
Virginie earned a Master’s degree in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine PSL and an M.B.A. from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business. She is a CFA charterholder.
