Phillip joined Antares Capital in 2006 and is a Senior Vice President responsible for underwriting, structuring, and managing private credit transactions. As co-head of the software vertical, he leads underwriting and portfolio management for software transactions.
Phillip joined the firm after completing GE Capital’s Risk Management Leadership Program. He began his career at Ford Motor Company and US Bank.
Phillip holds a dual B.S. in Finance and Economics from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University and an International M.B.A. from the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business.
