Patrick joined Antares Capital in 2015 and is a Senior Vice President in the Capital Markets group. He is responsible for structuring and syndicating debt financings for private equity backed companies across a diverse set of industries.
Previously, Patrick was a member of the firm’s Credit team where he was responsible for underwriting private equity-backed debt financings. Patrick began his career with GE’s Investment Analyst Program, where he focused on asset-based underwriting.
Patrick holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Loyola University Chicago and an M.B.A. with distinction from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, with concentrations in Management and Business Strategy.
