Michael joined Antares Capital in 2016 and is a Vice President responsible for the structuring, underwriting, legal documentation, closing, and ongoing portfolio management of credit facilities provided to private-equity owned businesses. Michael is also a member of Antares’ Credit Advisory Group.
Prior to Antares, Michael started his career within the Business Valuation group at Deloitte & Touche.
Michael holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia, where he graduated cum laude.
