Matt joined Antares Capital in 2003 and is a Managing Director within the Asset Management group. He is responsible for developing institutional investor relationships and implementing investment programs across the platform.
Previously, Matt was a Managing Director focused on structuring and underwriting unitranche financings and co-managing two joint ventures with the firm’s predecessor business – the Senior Secured Loan Program and the Middle Market Growth Program. Prior to Antares, he worked in GE Capital’s sponsor finance business primarily in credit roles after starting his career as a field examiner for GE Capital’s asset-based lending business.
Matt holds a B.S. from Marquette University, with specializations in Finance and Accounting, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
