Mak joined Antares Capital in 2022 and is a Managing Director on the Structured Products team. He focuses on structuring and executing financing transactions for Antares managed funds.
Prior to Antares, Mak served as a Director and Head of U.S. CLO Structuring at Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC. Earlier in his career, he was a Vice President at Deutsche Bank Securities.
Mak holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and an M.B.A. from Duke University.
