Lauren joined Antares Capital in 2017 and is a Vice President on the Responsible Investment team. Her work spans advancing the responsible investment approach, integrating responsible investment risks across the investment lifecycle, and engaging with investors, sponsors, and portfolio companies.
Prior to joining the Responsible Investment team in 2023, Lauren was part of Antares’ Portfolio and Analytics team, where she was responsible for underwriting new opportunities for existing borrowers and overseeing portfolio management activities. Earlier in her career, Lauren held various roles at CNA Insurance and MB Financial Bank.
Lauren holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Old Dominion University.
