Kristen joined Antares Capital in 2022 and is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager within the firm’s Asset Management group.
Previously, Kristen was a member of Antares’ Capital Markets group, where she focused on screening, structuring, and syndicating loans originated by the firm. Prior to Antares, she held roles at a Chicago‑based government technology startup, where she supported capital fundraising efforts, and at BMO Sponsor Finance, where she was responsible for credit underwriting.
Kristen holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from Loyola University Chicago and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
