Kirk joined Antares Capital in 2004 and is a Managing Director responsible for underwriting, structuring, and managing private credit transactions. Kirk serves on the Antares Liquid Credit Investment Committee and Valuation Committee and is a member of Antares’ Operating Committee.
Previously, Kirk served in various credit functions at GE Capital as part of the Telecom, Media & Technology industry group, including underwriting, portfolio management, and credit advisory. He began his career in public accounting in the audit practices of Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young where he earned his CPA license.
Kirk holds a B.S. in Finance and an M.S. in Accounting from Wake Forest University and is a CFA charterholder.
