Justine joined Antares Capital in 2022 and currently serves as the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer. She is responsible for helping shape the firm’s strategy and leading growth and transformation initiatives across the business. She is also the Chair of the Antares Operating Committee.
Prior to Antares, Justine spent 10 years at McKinsey & Company, where she was a junior partner focused on advising financial institutions on strategy, operational improvement, and large-scale transformation topics. Earlier in her career, she worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and BMO Capital Markets.
Justine holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Strategic Management and Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University.
