Josh joined Antares Capital in 2014 and is a Senior Vice President responsible for underwriting, structuring, and managing private credit transactions.
Prior to Antares, Josh worked as an AVP at Versa Capital Management, a middle market private equity firm, where he focused on leveraged buyout transactions. Earlier in his career, Josh worked at Glencoe Capital, a Chicago-based middle market private equity firm.
Josh holds a B.S. from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
