Devasena joined Antares Capital in 2004 and is a Managing Director on the Originations team. She is responsible for overseeing all facets of the deal process including sourcing, structuring, closing, and managing investment opportunities.
Previously, Devasena held roles across the underwriting, workout, and unitranche structuring groups at Antares. Prior to Antares, she was an associate in the workout and restructuring group of Societe Generale.
Devasena holds a B.S. in Economics with a minor in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.
