Amy joined Antares Capital in 2026 and is a vice president on the Strategy & Corporate Development team. She is responsible for helping shape the firm’s strategic agenda and leading transformation initiatives focused on AI, technology, operations, and finance.
Prior to Antares, Amy was a junior partner at McKinsey & Company where she served financial services clients including wealth and asset managers, insurers, and private equity firms on strategy and large-scale transformations.
Amy holds a B.B.A. from the University of Toronto, where she graduated with High Distinction.
