Adam joined Antares Capital in 2011 and is a Senior Vice President responsible for underwriting, structuring, and managing private credit transactions with a focus in healthcare. He was previously a member of the Senior Secured Loan Program team responsible for underwriting and structuring unitranche financings.
Prior to Antares, Adam was a Vice President at Madison Capital Funding, where he worked in both the underwriting and capital markets groups. Earlier in his career, Adam worked in the high yield finance group at Banc One Capital Markets and leveraged finance group at Banc of America Securities.
Adam holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is a CFA charterholder.
