Sheila joined Antares Capital in 2023 and is a Managing Director responsible for investor coverage in EMEA.
Prior to Antares, Sheila was a Managing Director at Hayfin Capital Management within the Partner Solutions Group and Chair of the ESG Committee. Earlier in her career, she held roles in account management at PIMCO Europe and in investment banking at Lehman Brothers.
Sheila holds a B.A. in Business Economics from UCLA, where she graduated magna cum laude, and an M.B.A. with distinction from London Business School. She is also a CFA charterholder.
