Jon joined the firm in 2002 and is a Managing Director in the Credit Advisory Group. He focuses on restructuring and managing Antares’ most complex and challenged investment partnerships. Prior to his current role, Jon worked within the firm’s legacy Private Credit team, where he was responsible for structuring, underwriting, documenting, and managing private equity‑sponsored transactions.
Prior to Antares, Jon held roles within Wachovia’s Corporate & Investment Banking and Commercial Banking groups.
Jon holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
