John joined Antares Capital in 2025 and is an Assistant Vice President on the Responsible Investment team. His work spans investment due diligence, engaging with stakeholders, developing and refining investment frameworks across investment strategies, and analyzing both portfolio company and Antares corporate sustainability data.
Prior to joining Antares, John served as Director of ESG Product Strategy at Fitch, launching the Sustainable Fitch brand and flagship ESG Ratings for Fixed Income. Previously, he worked at S&P Global Sustainable1 as a Senior Analyst developing ESG data products for investors and prior to that at Madeira Global, a boutique consultant and provider of ESG analytics and IR services for private equity firms.
John holds a B.A. in International Studies from Middlebury College.
