Michael joined Antares Capital in 2024 and is a Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel, responsible for fund formation and related regulatory issues.
Prior to Antares, Michael served as Director in the legal department of Marathon Asset Management, where he managed the fund formation process as well as general corporate governance and regulatory matters. Earlier in his career, he was an associate in the Investment Funds group at Sidley Austin LLP.
Michael holds a B.A. in Sociology and Spanish from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated magna cum laude, and a J.D. from Boston College Law School, where he graduated cum laude. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and before the Supreme Court of the United States.
