Lofton joined the firm in 2001 and is a Senior Vice President responsible for underwriting, structuring, and managing private credit transactions. His primary industry experience is in software and he has vast experience across other industries.
Previously, Lofton was part of Antares’ predecessor platform at GE Capital Sponsor Finance. He began his career with Ernst & Young, LLP.
Lofton holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the State University of West Georgia and a Master of Accountancy from Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business. He also holds a CPA designation.
