Heidi joined Antares Capital in 2008 and is a Managing Director and Team Leader in the Credit Advisory Group. She is responsible for managing a portfolio of complex investments and leading restructuring initiatives, overseeing the resolution of distressed assets with a focus on minimizing losses and maximizing recoveries across the portfolio.
Prior to Antares, Heidi served as a Vice President at Merrill Lynch Capital, where she was responsible for new deal execution, including sourcing, structuring, underwriting and managing sponsor-backed leveraged loans. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Bank of America focused on leveraged finance and asset-based lending. She began her career in public accounting at Ernst & Young.
Heidi holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
