Corporate Social Responsibility at Antares means we are committed to supporting our local communities and partnering with organizations that create meaningful and measurable impact. We support a range of national and local nonprofits across four key areas: education, underserved youth, social justice and equity, and health.

We Build Community Initiative

Through our We Build Community Initiative, employees have the opportunity to amplify the firm’s charitable impact through hands-on involvement in the communities where we live and work. Team members are actively engaged in various philanthropic initiatives, whether it’s mentoring students, organizing clothing donation drives, or sprucing up local parks. Through these combined efforts, we aim to build stronger, healthier communities.

The Antares REACH program further extends our commitment to community engagement by supporting entrepreneurs from underrepresented backgrounds, including by income, background, identity, disability, and veteran status. In partnership with Hello Alice, REACH helps expand access to capital and resources to participants at early stages of business formation. We collaborate with ecosystem partners to provide grants, mentorship, networks, and training to support long-term growth.
