Michael joined Antares Capital in 2008 and is a Managing Director and a member of the Credit Advisory Group. His responsibilities include managing a portfolio of accounts that are either underperforming or are going through a period of transition, as well as managing members of the Credit Advisory Group and functioning as a technical resource.
Prior to Antares, Michael held underwriting, workout and origination roles at Merrill Lynch Capital and LaSalle Bank. He began his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP and ABN AMRO North America, Inc.
Michael holds a B.S. in Accountancy from DePaul University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also earned his CPA.
