Alina joined Antares Capital in 2023 and is a Managing Director responsible for corporate development and strategic partnerships. Her work focuses on firmwide strategy, inorganic growth initiatives, and the development of long‑term partnerships that support Antares’ platform objectives.
Prior to Antares, Alina was a Junior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where she advised institutional investors globally on strategy, corporate development, and transformational change. She has also worked in the Office of the President of Kenya, helping to stand-up an agricultural transformation.
Alina holds an M.P.P. with a focus in Economic Development from the University of Oxford and a B.Comm. from Queen’s University in Canada.
