Sheila is Managing Director and Head of UK/Europe Investor Coverage within Antares’ Asset Management Group. Sheila joined Antares in 2023.

Previously, she served as Managing Director within the Partner Solutions Group and Chair of the ESG Committee at Hayfin Capital Management. Prior to Hayfin, she held roles in account management at PIMCO Europe and in investment banking at Lehman Brothers.

Sheila graduated magna cum laude from UCLA with a degree in Business Economics, received an MBA with distinction from London Business School and is a CFA Charterholder.
