Ben is the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer for Antares Capital.

He is responsible for driving the firm’s strategy and growth initiatives, and oversees the Corporate Development, Operations and IT functions. Ben joined Antares Capital in 2022 after more than a decade at McKinsey, where he was a partner and led its North American Strategy and Corporate Finance practice in Financial Institutions. Ben is a member of the Antares Executive Committee. Previously, Ben was at Deloitte where he worked with clients on a range of public accounting issues.

Ben, a CPA, CA, earned an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada.

Justine Habkirk

Justine is Managing Director, Strategy & Transformation at Antares Capital responsible for helping lead the firm’s growth and transformational efforts. Justine is a member of the Antares Operating Committee.

Justine joined Antares in 2022 after spending 10 years at McKinsey & Company, where she was a junior partner focused on serving Financial Institutions across strategy, operational and large-scale transformation topics. Prior to joining McKinsey, Justine worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and BMO Capital Markets.

Justine has an MBA with a concentration in Strategic Management and Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University.
