Ben is Chief Financial Officer for Antares Capital. He is a member of the Antares Capital Executive Committee.

Prior to joining Antares Capital, Ben was a partner at McKinsey, where he led the North American Strategy and Corporate Finance practice in Financial Institutions. Previously, Ben was at Deloitte where he worked with clients on a range of public accounting issues.

Ben received an MBA from INSEAD. He has over 23 years of industry experience and joined Antares Capital in February 2022.

Justine Habkirk

Justine is Managing Director, Strategy & Transformation at Antares Capital responsible for helping lead the firm’s growth and transformational efforts. Justine is a member of the Antares Operating Committee.

Justine joined Antares in 2022 after spending 10 years at McKinsey & Company, where she was a junior partner focused on serving Financial Institutions across strategy, operational and large-scale transformation topics. Prior to joining McKinsey, Justine worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and BMO Capital Markets.

Justine has an MBA with a concentration in Strategic Management and Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University.

Amy Wang

Amy is a vice president on the Strategy & Corporate Development team at Antares Capital, responsible for helping shape the firm's strategic agenda and leading transformation initiatives focused on AI, technology, operations, and finance.

Prior to joining Antares, Amy was a junior partner at McKinsey & Company where she served financial services clients including wealth and asset managers, insurers, and private equity firms on strategy and large-scale transformations.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with High Distinction from the University of Toronto.
